Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial Credits upon Signup

To ensure absolute satisfaction with our parsing accuracy and lookup performance, SmartPhoneValidator automatically grants 100 Free API Verification Credits to every new developer account immediately upon signup.

• Try Before You Buy: These 100 free credits are provided explicitly so that users can fully test our real-time validation pipelines, structural JSON outputs, and sandbox latency completely free of charge before making any financial commitment.
• Evaluation Requirement: Customers are required to utilize this free tier allotment to confirm that our service meets their technical specifications, integration standards, and operational criteria prior to purchasing paid credit packages.

2. Pay-As-You-Go Credits & Non-Refundability

• Informed Purchases: All subsequent payments made by the customer for pay-as-you-go credits, enterprise API lookup tiers, or server quota blocks are performed strictly after the customer has tried the service and verified the results.
• Absolute Non-Refundability: Because purchases are made after a successful trial phase, all paid transactions are final and non-refundable. Once paid credits are injected into your developer console, query payloads are parsed, or verification logs are generated, balances cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged back into fiat currency.
• Dispute Waiver Agreement: By purchasing paid API credits, you explicitly acknowledge that you have tested our system using your 100 free trial credits, found the performance satisfactory, and explicitly waive any future right to initiate a billing dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal claim via Stripe, PayPal, or your card-issuing financial institution based on data results or platform compatibility.

3. Subscription Services & Cancellation

• Automated Renewal Metrics: If you subscribe to a monthly or annual recurring package, your designated payment method will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• On-Demand Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Developer Console Dashboard settings panel, or by opening a support ticket via our helpdesk tracking channel at support@smartphonevalidator.com.
• Effective Date of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your current subscription remains active until the exact conclusion of your active, pre-paid billing cycle date. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused calendar weeks or unused query quotas remaining inside that active block window.

4. Fraud Enforcement & Account Lockouts

WebEutopia LLC reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or permanently terminate any console account that attempts to brute-force our endpoints, bypass Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot gates, or violate our structural Terms of Service. Any account banned for malicious activity, credit abuse, or automated payload flooding completely forfeits all remaining credits, and no refund or dispute claims will be honored.
