What counts as one credit?

1 credit = 1 phone number validation, whatever the result. The same applies to single lookups, bulk CSV uploads and API calls.

What is the difference between the billing options?

One time is pay as you go at $0.04 per validation. Monthly plans save 10% and annual plans save 20%. Subscriptions add the plan’s credits every billing cycle and renew automatically.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, including credits from a subscription you have cancelled.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, anytime from your dashboard. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your remaining credits stay available.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.

Is there a free trial?

Every new account gets 100 free credits, with no credit card required, so you can test validation and the API before you buy.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our Terms. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact support and we will look into it.
